EIT Engineering was founded in 2017 by Fredrik Knutssøn and Tommy Martinsen. We aim to provide services within system integration, engineering and installation and we shall be the preferred partner for our clients. We have in total 40 years of experience within Electro, Instrument, Control and Telecom systems. Ranging from house installation, field instrumentation to engineering and commissioning of major oil and gas projects internationally.
FREDRIK KNUTSSØN
Throughout my professional career I have been responsible for both small and large projects and been given the opportunity to lead big and small teams, from 2 to 75 and always delivered as agreed.
One of my success criteria in my previous work has been my ability to see the whole projects and know when and where to push to deliver.
My competence fits well with project management, project engineering and service engineering.
I started out as an electrician working my way up as an EIT Supervisor, from there I started school again and graduated first within Electrical Engineering and later Telecom. Today I’m authorised by DSB and NKOM as a responsible person for design and installation.
I have many projects behind me and I feel confident in my skills and know that EIT Engineering will help me grow professionally and let me take on new and challenging projects
12+ years of goal oriented experience has given me useful knowledge that I will take with me every day for future work and projects which comes.

TOMMY MARTINSEN
Throughout my professional career I have been responsible for installation and commissioning of small and large projects in home country and abroad.
One of my success criteria in my previous work has been my versatility by understanding processes and practical approach to challenging projects.
My competence is varied, ranging from managing projects on site, project engineering and commissioning.
In my professional life I started out as an instrument technician, drying division responsible at a chemically bleached pulp factory in Norway, Sødra Cell Tofte. Form there I went back to school completing my BSc in Electrical and Automation.
Given my background I feel confident in my skills and know that EIT Engineering will help me grow professionally and give me new and challenging tasks in the future.
18+ years of experience within Automation and Instrumentation has given me a solid foundation to create solutions for You.
